Effective 8 October 2026. These general website policies are subject to the accepted project contract and non-excludable Australian consumer and NSW building law rights. They are not a substitute for a legally compliant residential building contract.
Project documentation
Garden Art may take photographs reasonably necessary to quote, plan, document progress and assess quality. Enquiry photos are used as described in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing is optional
Garden Art will request separate, affirmative permission before publicly using identifiable photos of a private property for website, portfolio, social media or advertising. Refusing marketing consent will not affect service.
Scope of permission
Any consent should identify the property/project, permitted channels, whether location or names may be disclosed, and any restrictions. Do not photograph people, house numbers or sensitive information for marketing without appropriate consent.
Withdrawal
Clients may contact Garden Art to withdraw consent for future uses. We will consider removal from channels we control where reasonably practicable; previously distributed material may not be fully retractable.
